Built To Suit: Medical

City-Core provides select clients build-to-suit medical facilities, including site acquisition, design and construction. This includes kidney dialysis centers for DaVita, the nation’s largest provider of outpatient kidney dialysis services.  In addition, City-Core has built various office and clinical facilities for the University of California, San Francisco.  These include telemedicine facilities for correctional medicine research, office and clinical facilities for the Trauma Recovery Center and executive offices for the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine.
