This investment repositioned an existing food processing facility into a mixed-use complex combining retail, live/work lofts, a design facility, professional offices, restaurants and parking. The project successfully balanced architectural sensitivity with economic performance standards. Tenants include Charlotte Russe HQ Starbucks Coffee Company, University of California, and various other retailers and businesses.
