Residential: Multi-Family

Originally the Gallo Salami factory’s truck yard, this project included the construction of a nine-story, 249 unit residential building over retail and parking.  In addition, City-Core renovated the historic 1 Federal Street building into 51 loft-style units, preserving the only art deco building in San Francisco’s South Beach Rincon Hill Historic District.
